My eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walks in a perfect way, he shall serve me.


Whosoever keeps the fig tree shall eat its fruit: so he that waits on his master shall be honored.


Blessed is the man that does this, and the son of man that lays hold on it; that keeps the sabbath from defiling it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.


Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he comes shall find so doing.


Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he comes shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to eat, and will come forth and serve them.


And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of food at the proper time?


Of a truth I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he has.


Therefore, beloved, seeing that you look for such things, be diligent that you may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
