For as a young man marries a virgin, so shall your sons marry you: and as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so shall your God rejoice over you.


Yea, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly with my whole heart and with my whole soul.


The LORD your God in the midst of you is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over you with joy; he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.


Watch therefore: for you know not what hour your Lord does come.


And you yourselves be like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he comes and knocks, they may open unto him immediately.


Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he comes shall find so doing.


And will not rather say unto him, Make ready that I may eat, and gird yourself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward you shall eat and drink?


Watch therefore, and pray always, that you may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.


For who is greater, he that sits at table, or he that serves? is not he that sits at table? but I am among you as he that serves.


If any man serves me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serves me, him will my Father honor.


But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him.


For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.


For I am in a strait between two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better:


For so an entrance shall be provided unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.


Therefore, beloved, seeing that you look for such things, be diligent that you may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.


And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on: Yea, says the Spirit, that they may rest from their labors; and their works do follow them.


Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.


To him that overcomes will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and sat down with my Father in his throne.


For the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
