So Moshe gave charge concerning them to El`azar the Kohen, and to Yehoshua the son of Nun, and to the heads of the fathers' [houses] of the tribes of the children of Yisra'el.
but if they will not pass over with you armed, they shall have possessions among you in the land of Kena`an.
Moshe the servant of the LORD and the children of Yisra'el struck them: and Moshe the servant of the LORD gave it for a possession to the Re'uveni, and the Gadi, and the half-tribe of Menasheh.
