Blessed are the people who learn to acclaim you. They walk in the light of your presence, LORD.
You shall make two Keruvim of hammered gold. You shall make them at the two ends of the mercy seat.
*You shall make a menorah of pure gold. Of hammered work shall the menorah be made, even its base, its shaft, its cups, its buds, and its flowers, shall be of one piece with it.
Bring no more vain offerings. Incense is an abomination to me; new moons, Shabbatot, and convocations: I can't bear with evil assemblies.
Declare you in Yehudah, and publish in Yerushalayim; and say, Blow you the shofar in the land: cry aloud and say, Assemble yourselves, and let us go into the fortified cities.

Sanctify a fast. Call a solemn assembly. Gather the elders, and all the inhabitants of the land, to the house of the LORD, your God, and cry to the LORD.
Blow the shofar in Tziyon, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the LORD comes, for it is close at hand:
But when the assembly is to be gathered together, you shall blow, but you shall not sound an alarm.
