Yosef of Ramatayim, a prominent council member who also himself was looking for the Kingdom of God, came. He boldly went in to Pilate, and asked for Yeshua's body.


*Blessed be the Lord, the God of Yisra'el, for he has visited and worked redemption for his people;


Behold, there was a man in Yerushalayim whose name was Shim`on. This man was righteous and devout, looking for the consolation of Yisra'el, and the Holy Spirit was on him.


There was one Chanah, a prophetess, the daughter of Penu'el, of the tribe of Asher (she was of a great age, having lived with a husband seven years from her virginity,


(he had not consented to their counsel and deed), from Ramatayim, a city of the Judeans, who was also waiting for the Kingdom of God:


But we were hoping that it was he who would redeem Yisra'el. Yes, and besides all this, it is now the third day since these things happened.


Now thanks be to God for his unspeakable gift!
