The angel of the LORD said to her, *Behold, you are with child, and will bear a son. You shall call his name Yishma'el, because the LORD has heard your affliction.


The man gave names to all livestock, and to the birds of the sky, and to every animal of the field; but for man there was not found a helper suitable for him.


The man said, *This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh. She will be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.*


The LORD God made coats of skins for Adam and for his wife, and clothed them.


It happened, as her soul was departing (for she died), that she named him Benoni, but his father named him Binyamin.


and he named him Noach, saying, *This same will comfort us in our work and in the toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD has cursed.*


The child grew, and she brought him to Par`oh's daughter, and he became her son. She named him Moshe, and said, *Because I drew him out of the water.*

For Adam was first formed, then Chavah.
