There was evening and there was morning, a fifth day.


Out of the ground the LORD God formed every animal of the field, and every bird of the sky, and brought them to the man to see what he would call them. Whatever the man called every living creature, that was its name.


Of the birds after their kind, of the livestock after their kind, of every creeping thing of the ground after its kind, two of every sort shall come to you, to keep them alive.

Every animal, every creeping thing, and every bird, whatever moves on the earth, after their families, went forth out of the teivah.

*Who has set the wild donkey free? Or who has loosened the bonds of the swift donkey,

*See now, behemot, which I made as well as you. He eats grass as an ox.


The high mountains are for the wild goats. The rocks are a refuge for the rock badgers.


Man goes forth to his work, to his labor until the evening.
