It happened at that time, that Yehudah went down from his brothers, and visited a certain `Adullami, whose name was Chirah.


Three of the thirty chief men went down to the rock to David, into the cave of `Adullam; and the army of the Pelishtim were encamped in the valley of Refa'im.


I will yet bring to you, inhabitant of Mareshah. He who is the glory of Yisra'el will come to `Adullam.


For, behold, the LORD comes forth out of his place, and will come down and tread on the high places of the earth.
