And God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day.


“You are the Lord, you alone. You have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them; and you preserve all of them; and the host of heaven worships you.


who does great things and unsearchable, marvelous things without number:


they saw the deeds of the Lord, his wondrous works in the deep.


Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love, for his wondrous works to the children of man!


to him who by understanding made the heavens, for his steadfast love endures forever;


Praise the Lord from the earth, you great sea creatures and all deeps,


The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein,


You have multiplied, O Lord my God, your wondrous deeds and your thoughts toward us; none can compare with you! I will proclaim and tell of them, yet they are more than can be told.


You crown the year with your bounty; your wagon tracks overflow with abundance.


When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place,


The stupid man cannot know; the fool cannot understand this:


It is he who made the earth by his power, who established the world by his wisdom, and by his understanding stretched out the heavens.


Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!


which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight


so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places.


As for the rich in this present age, charge them not to be haughty, nor to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy.
