For you have brought these men here who are neither sacrilegious nor blasphemers of our goddess.

For ye have brought hither these men, which are neither robbers of churches, nor yet blasphemers of your goddess.

For you have brought these men here, who are [guilty of] neither temple robberies nor blasphemous speech about our goddess.

For ye have brought hither these men, who are neither robbers of temples nor blasphemers of our goddess.

The men you brought here have neither robbed the temple nor slandered our goddess.

For you have brought forward these men, who are neither sacrilegious nor blasphemers against your goddess.

For you have brought hither these men, who are neither guilty of sacrilege, nor of blasphemy against your goddess.

Seeing then that these things cannot be denied, you ought to be quiet and do nothing rash.

Paul argued in his defense, “Neither against the law of the Jews, nor against the temple, nor against Caesar have I committed any offense.”

You who say that one must not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples?

Give no offense to Jews or to Greeks or to the church of God,

We put no obstacle in anyone’s way, so that no fault may be found with our ministry,
