An Ostrich leaves her little babies.\par She treats them like they are not hers.\par If her babies die, she doesn’t care\par that all her work was for nothing.\par


But when the ostrich gets up to run,\par she laughs at the horse and its rider,\par because she can run faster than any horse.\par


A horse is happy that he is so strong.\par He scratches the ground with his foot\par and runs quickly into battle.\par
