Then Moses said to the people, “Be ready for the meeting with God in three days. Until that time, the men must not touch the women.”
Put the special bread [183] before me on the table. It must always be there in front of me.
That bread will belong to Aaron and his sons. They will eat the bread in a holy place. Why? Because that bread is one of the offerings made by fire to the Lord. That bread is Aaron’s share forever.”
A basket of unleavened bread [97] is put before the Lord each day. Moses took one of those loaves of bread, and one loaf of bread mixed with oil, and one unleavened wafer. [98] Moses put those pieces of bread on the fat and on the right thigh of the ram.
