The old prophet put the body on his donkey. He carried the body back to the city to cry for him and bury him.


All Israel will cry for him and bury him. Your son will be the only person in Jeroboam’s family that will be buried. This is because he is the only one in Jeroboam’s family that pleased the Lord God of Israel.
