Behold, all souls are mine: as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, the same shall die.


If any man commit adultery with the wife of another, and defile his neighbour's wife: let them: be put to death, both the adulterer and the adulteress.


And the husband stirred up by the spirit of jealousy bring her before the Lord, and the priest do to her according to all things that are here written.


And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:


But if any man is clean, and was not on a journey, and did not make the phase, that soul shall be cut off from among his people. Because he offered not sacrifice to the Lord in due season, he shall bear his sin.
