or without looking drops a stone that could kill a person and he dies, but he was not his enemy and didn’t intend to harm him,

or with any stone, wherewith a man may die, seeing him not, and cast it upon him, that he die, and was not his enemy, neither sought his harm:

Or with any stone with which a man may be killed, not seeing him, and threw it at him so that he died, and was not his enemy nor sought to harm him,

or with any stone, whereby a man may die, seeing him not, and cast it upon him, so that he died, and he was not his enemy, neither sought his harm;

or accidentally drops any stone on him that could cause death and he dies—even though they weren’t enemies and no evil was intended—

or animosity, he will have done any of these things,

And enmity, he do any of these things:

‘But if anyone suddenly pushes a person without hostility or throws any object at him without malicious intent

the assembly is to judge between the person who kills someone and the avenger of blood according to these ordinances.
