Laziness induces deep sleep, and a lazy person will go hungry.


Now this was the iniquity of your sister Sodom: She and her daughters had pride, plenty of food,  and comfortable security, but didn’t support  the poor and needy.


After agreeing with the workers on one denarius,   he sent them into his vineyard for the day.


He said to them, “You also go into my vineyard, and I’ll give you whatever is right.” So off they went.


Now it was nine in the morning  when they crucified him.


When her owners realised that their hope of profit was gone, they seized Paul and Silas  and dragged them into the marketplace to the authorities.


For these people are not drunk, as you suppose, since it’s only nine in the morning.


At the same time, they also learn to be idle, going from house to house; they are not only idle, but are also gossips  and busybodies, saying things they shouldn’t say.


so that you won’t become lazy but will be imitators of those who inherit the promises through faith and perseverance.
