Let’s strive to know the  Lord. His appearance is as sure as the dawn. He will come to us like the rain, like the spring showers that water the land.


Then the disciples  came up and asked him, ‘Why are you speaking to them in parables? ’


‘So listen to the parable of the sower:


Then he left the crowds and went into the house. His disciples approached him and said, ‘Explain to us the parable of the weeds in the field.’


Then Peter said, ‘Explain this parable to us.’


When he was alone, those around him with the Twelve  asked him about the parables.


He did not speak to them without a parable. Privately, however, he explained everything to his own disciples.


I do not call you servants any more, because a servant doesn’t know what his master   , is doing. I have called you friends, because I have made known to you everything I have heard from my Father.
