Those who were at the table with him began to say among themselves, ‘Who is this man who even forgives sins? ’

And they that sat at meat with him began to say within themselves, Who is this that forgiveth sins also?

Then those who were at table with Him began to say among themselves, Who is this Who even forgives sins?

And they that sat at meat with him began to say within themselves, Who is this that even forgiveth sins?

The other table guests began to say among themselves, “Who is this person that even forgives sins?”

And those who sat at table with him began to say within themselves, "Who is this, who even forgives sins?"

And they that sat at meat with him began to say within themselves: Who is this that forgiveth sins also?

While he was reclining at the table in the house, many tax collectors and sinners came to eat with Jesus and his disciples.

At this, some of the scribes said to themselves, ‘He’s blaspheming! ’

‘Why does he speak like this? He’s blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone? ’
