If anyone says anything to you, say that the Lord needs them, and he will send them at once.’


Wherever he enters, tell the owner of the house, “The Teacher   says, ‘Where is my guest room where I may eat the Passover with my disciples? ’ ”


If anyone asks you, “Why are you untying it? ” say this: “The Lord needs it.” ’


‘The Lord needs it,’ they said.


When Jesus came to the place, he looked up and said to him, ‘Zacchaeus, hurry and come down because today it is necessary for me to stay at your house.’


‘Listen,’ he said to them, ‘when you’ve entered the city, a man carrying a water jug will meet you. Follow him into the house he enters.


Then he will show you a large, furnished room upstairs.   Make the preparations there.’


Having said this, she went back and called her sister Mary, saying in private, ‘The Teacher is here and is calling for you.’


See! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.
