Isaiah 45:10
5 Tagairtí Cros

This is what the  Lord, the Holy One of Israel  and its Maker, says: ‘Ask me what is to happen to   my sons, and instruct me about the work of my hands.

‘Woe to the one who argues with his Maker – one clay pot among many. Does clay say to the one forming it, “What are you making? ” Or does your work say, “He has no hands”?

‘A son honours his father, and a servant his master. But if I am a father, where is my honour? And if I am a master, where is your fear of me?  says the Lord of Armies to you priests, who despise my name.’ Yet you ask, ‘How have we despised your name? ’

“The one who dishonours his father or mother is cursed.” And all the people will say, “Amen! ”

Furthermore, we had human fathers discipline us, and we respected them. Shouldn’t we submit even more to the Father of spirits and live?
