Judah recognised them and said, ‘She is more in the right than I, since I did not give her to my son Shelah.’ And he did not know her intimately again.
Judah’s sons: Er, Onan, Shelah, Perez, and Zerah; but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan. The sons of Perez were Hezron and Hamul.
