For which is easier, to say, Thy sins are forgiven; or to say, Arise, and walk?


But there were certain of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts,

The same heard Paul speaking, who, fastening his eyes upon him, and seeing that he had faith to be made whole,


Him did God exalt with his right hand {\i to be} a Prince and a Saviour, to give repentance to Israel, and remission of sins.


For this cause many among you are weak and sickly, and not a few sleep.


But to whom ye forgive anything, I {\i forgive} also: for what I also have forgiven, if I have forgiven anything, for your sakes {\i have I forgiven it} in the presence of Christ;


for by grace have ye been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, {\i it is} the gift of God;


forbearing one another, and forgiving each other, if any man have a complaint against any; even as the Lord forgave you, so also do ye:


and the prayer of faith shall save him that is sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, it shall be forgiven him.
