The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness: according to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me.


Therefore hath the LORD recompensed me according to my righteousness; according to my cleanness in his eyesight.


And when he was gone, a lion met him by the way, and slew him: and his carcase was cast in the way, and the ass stood by it; the lion also stood by the carcase.


Whoso loveth correction loveth knowledge: But he that hateth reproof is brutish.


Evil pursueth sinners: But the righteous shall be recompensed with good.


As an archer that woundeth all, So is he that hireth the fool and he that hireth them that pass by.


And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.


Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.

But the Levites that went far from me, when Israel went astray, which went astray from me after their idols; they shall bear their iniquity.


And it shall be, like people, like priest: and I will punish them for their ways, and will reward them their doings.
