Zechariah 14:21 - New Revised Standard Version Updated Edition 2021

21 and every cooking pot in Jerusalem and Judah shall be holy to the Lord of hosts, so that all who sacrifice may come and use them to boil the flesh of the sacrifice. And there shall no longer be traders in the house of the Lord of hosts on that day.

The inhabitants of the Mortar wail, for all the traders have perished; all who weigh out silver are cut off.


On that day there shall be inscribed on the bells of the horses, “Holy to the Lord.” And the cooking pots in the house of the Lord shall be as holy as the bowls in front of the altar,


And when you eat and when you drink, do you not eat and drink only for yourselves?


So, whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.


And you shall rejoice before the Lord your God, you together with your sons and your daughters, your male and female slaves, and the Levites who reside in your towns (since they have no allotment or inheritance with you).


And you shall eat there in the presence of the Lord your God, you and your households together, rejoicing in all the undertakings in which the Lord your God has blessed you.


if I am delayed, you may know how one ought to behave in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and support of the truth.


Christ, however, was faithful over God’s house as a son, and we are his house if we hold firm the boldness and the pride inspired by hope.


For the time has come for judgment to begin with the household of God; if it begins with us, what will be the end for those who do not obey the gospel of God?


But nothing unclean will enter it, nor anyone who practices abomination or falsehood, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s book of life.


Outside are the dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.
