Those who have clean hands and pure hearts, who do not lift up their souls to what is false and do not swear deceitfully.


For the Lord God is a sun and shield; he bestows favor and honor. No good thing does the Lord withhold from those who walk uprightly.


The righteous walk in integrity— happy are the children who follow them!


One who walks in integrity will be safe, but whoever follows crooked ways will fall into the Pit.


Those who walk righteously and speak uprightly, who despise the gain of oppression, who wave away a bribe instead of accepting it, who stop their ears from hearing of bloodshed and shut their eyes from looking on evil,


For he said, “Surely they are my people, children who will not act deceitfully,” and he became their savior


Should this be said, O house of Jacob? Is the Lord’s patience exhausted? Are these his doings? Do not my words do good to one who walks uprightly?


Both of them were righteous before God, living blamelessly according to all the commandments and regulations of the Lord.


but in every people anyone who fears him and practices righteousness is acceptable to him.


but glory and honor and peace for everyone who does good, both the Jew first and the Greek.


But when I saw that they were not acting consistently with the truth of the gospel, I said to Cephas before them all, “If you, though a Jew, live like a gentile and not like a Jew, how can you compel the gentiles to live like Jews?”


For we are what he has made us, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we may walk in them.


So then, putting away falsehood, let each of you speak the truth with your neighbor, for we are members of one another.


Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have stripped off the old self with its practices


who through faith conquered kingdoms, administered justice, obtained promises, shut the mouths of lions,


If you perceive that he is righteous, you also know that everyone who does right has been born of him.


whoever says, “I abide in him,” ought to walk in the same way as he walked.


Little children, let no one deceive you. Everyone who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous.


But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the polluted, the murderers, the sexually immoral, the sorcerers, the idolaters, and all liars, their place will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”
