Surely then you will lift up your face without blemish; you will be secure and will not fear.

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego answered the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to present a defense to you in this matter.


By your endurance you will gain your souls.


“When you hear of wars and insurrections, do not be terrified, for these things must take place first, but the end will not follow immediately.”


“Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me.


But I do not count my life of any value to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the good news of God’s grace.


Then Paul answered, “What are you doing, weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound but even to die in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.”


So keep up your courage, men, for I have faith in God that it will be exactly as I have been told.
