They said to themselves, “We will utterly subdue them”; they burned all the meeting places of God in the land.

He left that place and entered their synagogue;


When anyone hears the word of the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what is sown in the heart; this is what was sown on the path.


He came to his hometown and began to teach the people in their synagogue, so that they were astounded and said, “Where did this man get this wisdom and these deeds of power?


When he went ashore, he saw a great crowd, and he had compassion for them and cured their sick.


And this good news of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the world, as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.


“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”


Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and curing every disease and every sickness.


Now after John was arrested, Jesus came to Galilee proclaiming the good news of God


They went to Capernaum, and when the Sabbath came, he entered the synagogue and taught.


And he went throughout all Galilee, proclaiming the message in their synagogues and casting out demons.


for he had cured many, so that all who had diseases pressed upon him to touch him.


On the Sabbath he began to teach in the synagogue, and many who heard him were astounded. They said, “Where did this man get all this? What is this wisdom that has been given to him? What deeds of power are being done by his hands!


And he was amazed at their unbelief. Then he went about among the villages teaching.


cure the sick who are there, and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’


Now he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath.


“The Law and the Prophets were until John came; since then the good news of the kingdom of God is being proclaimed, and everyone tries to enter it by force.


One day as he was teaching the people in the temple and proclaiming the good news, the chief priests and the scribes came with the elders


Then Jesus, in the power of the Spirit, returned to Galilee, and a report about him spread through all the surrounding region.


One day while he was teaching, Pharisees and teachers of the law who had come from every village of Galilee and Judea and from Jerusalem were sitting nearby, and the power of the Lord was with him to heal.


He came down with them and stood on a level place with a great crowd of his disciples and a great multitude of people from all Judea, Jerusalem, and the coast of Tyre and Sidon.


On another Sabbath he entered the synagogue and taught, and there was a man there whose right hand was withered.


Jesus had just then cured many people of diseases, afflictions, and evil spirits and had given sight to many who were blind.


And he answered them, “Go and tell John what you have seen and heard: the blind receive their sight; the lame walk; those with a skin disease are cleansed; the deaf hear; the dead are raised; the poor have good news brought to them.


Soon afterward he went on through one town and village after another, proclaiming and bringing the good news of the kingdom of God. The twelve were with him,


When the crowds found out about it, they followed him, and he welcomed them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God and healed those who needed to be cured.


And Jesus said to him, “Let the dead bury their own dead, but as for you, go and proclaim the kingdom of God.”


Jesus answered, “I have spoken openly to the world; I have always taught in synagogues and in the temple, where all the Jews come together. I have said nothing in secret.


He said these things while he was teaching in a synagogue at Capernaum.


After this Jesus went about in Galilee. He did not wish to go about in Judea because the Jews were looking for an opportunity to kill him.


how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power; how he went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.


Every Sabbath he would argue in the synagogue and would try to convince Jews and Greeks.


“And now I know that none of you, among whom I have gone about proclaiming the kingdom, will ever see my face again.


proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance.


And how are they to proclaim him unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
