Jesus said to them, “Give to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s and to God the things that are God’s.” And they were utterly amazed at him.


“Show me a denarius. Whose head and whose title does it bear?” They said, “Caesar’s.”


But Peter and the apostles answered, “We must obey God rather than any human authority.


So, whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.


Whoever speaks must do so as one speaking the very words of God; whoever serves must do so with the strength that God supplies, so that God may be glorified in all things through Jesus Christ. To him belong the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen.
