So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary, beholding your power and glory.


Let your work be manifest to your servants and your glorious power to their children.


and in the morning you shall see the glory of the Lord, because he has heard your complaining against the Lord. For what are we, that you complain against us?”


He said to them, “Because of your little faith. For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.”


Jesus said to him, “If you are able! All things can be done for the one who believes.”


And the Word became flesh and lived among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory as of a father’s only son, full of grace and truth.


But when Jesus heard it, he said, “This illness does not lead to death; rather, it is for God’s glory, so that the Son of God may be glorified through it.”


Isaiah said this because he saw his glory and spoke about him.


Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned; he was born blind so that God’s works might be revealed in him.


Therefore we were buried with him by baptism into death, so that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life.


And all of us, with unveiled faces, seeing the glory of the Lord as though reflected in a mirror, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another, for this comes from the Lord, the Spirit.


For it is the God who said, “Light will shine out of darkness,” who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.
