But I tell you, on the day of judgment it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon than for you.

Indeed, at the judgment it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon than for you.


And will not God grant justice to his chosen ones who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long in helping them?


He fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?”


for the day of vengeance and recompense, for the time when their foot shall slip? Because the day of their calamity is at hand; their doom comes swiftly.


For it is indeed just of God to repay with affliction those who afflict you


Then Jephthah sent messengers to the king of the Ammonites and said, “What is there between you and me, that you have come to me to fight against my land?”
