So I was left alone to see this great vision. My strength left me, and my complexion grew deathly pale, and I retained no strength.


In the second year of Nebuchadnezzar’s reign, Nebuchadnezzar dreamed such dreams that his spirit was troubled and his sleep left him.


Then the king’s face turned pale, and his thoughts terrified him. His limbs gave way, and his knees knocked together.


When King Herod heard this, he was frightened, and all Jerusalem with him,


Then the kings of the earth and the magnates and the generals and the rich and the powerful and everyone, slave and free, hid in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains,
