While Peter was still speaking, the Holy Spirit fell upon all who heard the word.


All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages, as the Spirit gave them ability.


But when they believed Philip, who was proclaiming the good news about the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.


As they were going along the road, they came to some water, and the eunuch said, “Look, here is water! What is to prevent me from being baptized?”


For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; the same Lord is Lord of all and is generous to all who call on him.


He received the sign of circumcision as a seal of the righteousness that he had by faith while he was still uncircumcised. The purpose was to make him the ancestor of all who believe without being circumcised and who thus have righteousness reckoned to them,
