Like a gold ring or an ornament of gold is a wise rebuke to a listening ear.


She is not afraid for her household when it snows, for all her household are clothed in crimson.


Can a young woman forget her ornaments or a bride her attire? Yet my people have forgotten me, days without number.


‘Are they not finding and dividing the spoil? A woman or two for every man; spoil of dyed stuffs for Sisera, spoil of dyed stuffs embroidered, two pieces of dyed work embroidered for my neck as spoil?’
