So they inquired again of the Lord, “Did the man come here?” And the Lord said, “See, he has hidden himself among the baggage.”


Then Samuel said to Saul, “Stop! I will tell you what the Lord said to me last night.” He replied, “Speak.”


Saul answered, “I am only a Benjaminite, from the least of the tribes of Israel, and my family is the humblest of all the families of the tribe of Benjamin. Why then have you spoken to me in this way?”
