Blessed are those who trust in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord.

After Jesus had spoken these words, he looked up to heaven and said, “Father, the hour has come; glorify your Son so that the Son may glorify you,


Father, I desire that those also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory, which you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world.


So now, Father, glorify me in your own presence with the glory that I had in your presence before the world existed.


He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for he gives the Spirit without measure.


But God raised him up, having released him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for him to be held in its power.


The God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, the God of our ancestors, has glorified his servant Jesus, whom you handed over and rejected in the presence of Pilate, though he had decided to release him.


and you killed the author of life, whom God raised from the dead. To this we are witnesses.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! By his great mercy he has given us a new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead


who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, with angels, authorities, and powers made subject to him.
