For it increaseth: thou huntest me as a fierce Lion: and againe thou shewest thy selfe marueilous vpon me.


Loe, mine eye hath seene all this, mine eare hath heard and vnderstood it.


Hearken vnto this, O Iob: stand still, and consider the wondrous workes of God.


Doest thou know the ballancings of the clouds, the wondrous workes of him which is perfect in knowledge?


God thundereth maruellously with his voice: great things doth hee, which we cannot comprehend.


Who is he that hideth counsel without knowledge? therefore haue I vttered that I vnderstood not, things too wonderfull for me, which I knew not.


Which doeth great things past finding out, yea and wonders without number.


If I should count them, they are moe in number then the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.


Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised: and his greatnes is vnsearchable.


Many, O Lord my God; are thy wonderfull workes which thou hast done, and thy thoughts, which are to vs ward: they cannot be reckoned vp in order vnto thee: if I would declare and speake of them, they are moe then can be numbred.


Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire, mine eares hast thou opened: burnt offering and sinne-offering hast thou not required.


Blessed be the Lord God, the God of Israel, who only doth wonderous things.


For thou art great, and doest wonderous things: thou art God alone.


He hath made euery thing beautifull in his time: also hee hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can finde out the worke that God maketh from the beginning to the end.


Hast thou not knowen? hast thou not heard, that the euerlasting God, the Lord, the Creatour of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is wearie? there is no searching of his vnderstanding.


O the depth of the riches both of the wisedome and knowledge of God! how vnsearchable are his iudgements, and his wayes past finding out!
