HEB:אַחַ֔ת יִהְיֶ֖ה לָֽאֶזְרָ֑ח וְלַגֵּ֖ר הַגָּ֥ר
NAS: shall apply to the native as to the stranger
KJV: law shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger
