HEB:הָאֲמֵלָלִ֖ים עֹשִׂ֑ים הֲיַעַזְב֨וּ לָהֶ֤ם הֲיִזְבָּ֙חוּ֙
NAS: doing? Are they going to restore [it] for themselves? Can they offer sacrifices?
KJV: Jews? will they fortify themselves? will they sacrifice?
