HEB:מָחַ֙צְתִּי֙ וַאֲנִ֣י אֶרְפָּ֔א וְאֵ֥ין מִיָּדִ֖י
NAS: I have wounded and it is I who heal, And there is no one
KJV: I wound, and I heal: neither [is there any] that can deliver
