And they remembered that Elohim was their rock, and the high El their redeemer.

They soon forgat his works; they waited not for his counsel:

They forgat El their saviour, which had done great things in Egypt;

Remember thy congregation, which thou hast purchased of old; the rod of thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed; this mount Zion, wherein thou hast dwelt.

And forgot his works, and his wonders that he had showed them.

They remembered not his hand, nor the day when he delivered them from the enemy.

That they might set their hope in Elohim, and not forget the works of El, but keep his commandments:

Thou in thy mercy hast led forth the people which thou hast redeemed: thou hast guided them in thy strength unto thy holy habitation.

Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am Yahweh, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:

Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith Yahweh, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.

Thus saith Yahweh the King of Israel, and his redeemer Yahweh of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no Elohim.

Thus saith Yahweh, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am Yahweh thy Elohim which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.

And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt, and Yahweh thy Elohim redeemed thee: therefore I command thee this thing to day.

But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook Eloah which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.

He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: an Elohim of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.

But because Yahweh loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath Yahweh brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.

I prayed therefore unto Yahweh, and said, O Sovereign Yahweh, destroy not thy people and thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed through thy greatness, which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand.

Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
