And hide not thy face from thy servant; for I am in trouble: hear me speedily.

And why dost thou not pardon my transgression, and take away mine iniquity? for now shall I sleep in the dust; and thou shalt seek me in the morning, but I shall not be.

Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily.

A Psalm of David. How long wilt thou forget me, O Yahweh? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?

Hear me speedily, O Yahweh: my spirit faileth: hide not thy face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit.

Deliver me, O Yahweh, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me.

For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.

Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O Elohim of my salvation.

Be pleased, O Yahweh, to deliver me: O Yahweh, make haste to help me.

Wherefore hidest thou thy face, and forgettest our affliction and our oppression?

Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in trouble.

A Psalm of David, to bring to remembrance. Make haste, O Elohim, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O Yahweh.

It is of Yahweh's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.

Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me.

And about the ninth hour Yahshua cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My El, my El, why hast thou forsaken me?
