O Elohim, thou art to be held in awe out of thy holy places: the El of Israel is he that giveth strength and power unto his people. Blessed be Elohim. To the chief Musician upon Shoshannim.
And said, I beseech thee, O Yahweh Elohim of heaven, the great and terrible El, that keepeth covenant and mercy for them that love him and observe his commandments:
By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O Elohim of our salvation; who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea:
Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto Yahweh, and spake, saying, I will sing unto Yahweh, for he hath triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea.
But they that wait upon Yahweh shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I Yahweh? and there is no Elohim else beside me; a just El and a Saviour; there is none beside me.
