Word of Yahweh

By this I know that thou favourest me, because mine enemy doth not triumph over me.

Blessed be Yahweh, who hath not given us as a prey to their teeth.

Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.

Yahweh taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.

O my Elohim, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.

And hast not shut me up into the hand of the enemy: thou hast set my feet in a large room.

Let them not say in their hearts, Ah, so would we have it: let them not say, We have swallowed him up.

Show me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, Yahweh, have helped me, and comforted me.

Sing unto Yahweh, praise ye Yahweh: for he hath delivered the soul of the poor from the hand of evildoers.

And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
