A Psalm of David, the servant of Yahweh, who spake unto Yahweh the words of this song in the day that Yahweh delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul: And he said, I will love thee, O Yahweh, my strength.
And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of El Shaddai.
Yet a man is risen to pursue thee, and to seek thy soul: but the soul of my master shall be bound in the bundle of life with Yahweh thy Elohim; and the souls of thine enemies, them shall he sling out, as out of the middle of a sling.
