And Moses stretched forth his rod over the land of Egypt, and Yahweh brought an east wind upon the land all that day, and all that night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.
And Yahweh turned a mighty strong west wind, which took away the locusts, and cast them into the Red sea; there remained not one locust in all the coasts of Egypt.
And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and Yahweh caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.
For, lo, he that formeth the mountains, and createth the wind, and declareth unto man what is his thought, that maketh the morning darkness, and treadeth upon the high places of the earth, Yahweh, the Elohim of hosts, is his name.
Thus hath the Sovereign Yahweh shewed unto me: and, behold, the Sovereign Yahweh called to contend by fire, and it devoured the great deep, and did eat up a part.
Then the mariners were afraid, and cried every man unto his elohim, and cast forth the wares that were in the ship into the sea, to lighten it of them. But Jonah was gone down into the sides of the ship; and he lay, and was fast asleep.
And it came to pass, as they fled from before Israel, and were in the going down to Bethhoron, that Yahweh cast down great stones from heaven upon them unto Azekah, and they died: they were more which died with hailstones than they whom the children of Israel slew with the sword.
And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed Elohim because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.
