Word of Yahweh

For whom Yahweh loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.

Like as a father pitieth his children, so Yahweh pitieth them that fear him.

Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O Yah, and teachest him out of thy law;

He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.

Correct thy son, and he shall give thee rest; yea, he shall give delight unto thy soul.

Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so Yahweh thy Elohim chasteneth thee.

For whom Yahweh loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
