Word of Yahweh

He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to Yahweh.

And there came in two men, children of Belial, and sat before him: and the men of Belial witnessed against him, even against Naboth, in the presence of the people, saying, Naboth did blaspheme Elohim and the king. Then they carried him forth out of the city, and stoned him with stones, that he died.

They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.

Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked.

A false balance is abomination to Yahweh: but a just weight is his delight.

The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to Yahweh: but the prayer of the upright is his delight.

Also to punish the just is not good, nor to strike princes for equity.

It is not good to accept the person of the wicked, to overthrow the righteous in judgment.

Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted.

These six things doth Yahweh hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter

Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him

To turn aside the right of a man before the face of the most High,

And will ye pollute me among my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not live, by your lying to my people that hear your lies?

For I know your manifold transgressions and your mighty sins: they afflict the just, they take a bribe, and they turn aside the poor in the gate from their right.

Ye who turn judgment to wormwood, and leave off righteousness in the earth,

Shall horses run upon the rock? will one plow there with oxen? for ye have turned judgment into gall, and the fruit of righteousness into hemlock:

But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the wicked, his faith is counted for righteousness.

If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment, that the judges may judge them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.

Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.
