Word of Yahweh

But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to Yahweh than sacrifice.

For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of Elohim more than burnt offerings.

But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did, when he was hungry, and they that were with him;

Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the Sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the Sabbath, and are blameless?

But if ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.

And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,

Yahshua saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is Yahweh's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?

And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance:

From that time Yahshua began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

And as touching the dead, that they rise: have ye not read in the book of Moses, how in the bush Yahweh spake unto him, saying, I am the Elohim of Abraham, and the Elohim of Isaac, and the Elohim of Jacob?

And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.

When Yahshua heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?

For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

And Yahshua answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.

I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Yahshua answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are elohim?

When they heard these things, they held their peace, and praised Elohim, saying, Then hath Elohim also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Yahshua the Messiah for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward Elohim, and faith toward our Master Yahshua the Messiah.

Repent ye therefore, and turn again to Him, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Sovereign;

Him hath Elohim exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.

Yahweh is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
