And when he had said these things, all his adversaries were ashamed: and all the people rejoiced for all the honorable things that were done by him.

Let mine adversaries be clothed with shame, and let them cover themselves with their own confusion, as with a mantle.

His work is honourable and majestic: and his righteousness endureth for ever.

His enemies will I clothe with shame: but upon himself shall his crown flourish.

Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to shame that wish me evil.

Who is like unto thee, O Yahweh, among the mighty? who is like thee, majestic in being set apart, fearful in praises, doing wonders?

In that day shall the branch of Yahweh be beautiful and honorable, and the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and comely for them that are escaped of Israel.

Surely, shall one say, in Yahweh have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.

Hear the word of Yahweh, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name's sake, said, Let Yahweh be honored: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed.

And they could not answer him again to these things.

And immediately he received his sight, and followed him, praising Elohim: and all the people, when they saw it, gave praise unto Elohim.

And could not find what they might do: for all the people were very attentive to hear him.

And after that they dare not ask him any question at all.

So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the people: for all men praised Elohim for that which was done.

But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.

Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.

Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conduct in the Messiah.
