Word of Yahweh

And he said unto his mother, The eleven hundred shekels of silver that were taken from thee, about which thou cursedst, and spakest of also in mine ears, behold, the silver is with me; I took it. And his mother said, Blessed be thou of Yahweh, my son.

For he that biddeth him greeting is partaker of his evil deeds.

And when he had restored the eleven hundred shekels of silver to his mother, his mother said, I had wholly dedicated the silver unto Yahweh from my hand for my son, to make a graven image and a molten image: now therefore I will restore it unto thee.

Curse ye Meroz, said the angel of Yahweh, curse ye bitterly the inhabitants thereof; because they came not to the help of Yahweh, to the help of Yahweh against the mighty.

And he said, Blessed be thou of Yahweh, my daughter: for thou hast showed more kindness in the latter end than at the beginning, inasmuch as thou followedst not young men, whether poor or rich.

And the men of Israel were distressed that day: for Saul had adjured the people, saying, Cursed be the man that eateth any food until evening, that I may be avenged on mine enemies. So none of the people tasted any food.

Then answered one of the people, and said, Thy father straitly charged the people with an oath, saying, Cursed be the man that eateth any food this day. And the people were faint.

And Samuel came to Saul: and Saul said unto him, Blessed be thou of Yahweh: I have performed the commandment of Yahweh.

And Saul said, Blessed be ye of Yahweh; for ye have compassion on me.

Now therefore, I pray thee, let my master the king hear the words of his servant. If Yahweh have stirred thee up against me, let him accept an offering: but if they be the children of men, cursed be they before Yahweh; for they have driven me out this day from abiding in the inheritance of Yahweh, saying, Go, serve other elohim.
